WireExpire stands behind the quality of our products, and we want to ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience.

We offer a 14-day (from date of delivery) return or exchange option for any manufacturer defects

What are the conditions for a return or exchange?

All returns or exchanges must be for products in original condition. Items returned with obvious use or damage may be subject to denial and returned to the sender, incurring additional shipping charges for the customer. WireExpire does not cover customer-shipping costs for returning products, and the customer agrees to this as a condition of sale. If a product is exchanged for an approved reason (mentioned above), shipping of the new product to the customer is complimentary provided that the shipping does not exceed $20. Any shipping overage will be paid by the customer before the exchange is mailed. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed until the product is returned by mail and received by WireExpire. Exchanges are limited to one time per item, restricted to the same product that was ordered, and may be subject to availability.
